    Is this the biggest sweet potato that you have ever seen?

    That is a normal sized apple sitting next to it in the photograph which I took. The sweet potato tipped the scales right at 2 pounds and 7 ounces when it was officially weighed.

    There are so many things I'd love to do to that potato. 
    Mashed, baked, sweet potato casserole.  Just to name a few.  Yummy!  And yes, it's most definitely the biggest sweet potato.  I wonder what the record is.

    Yes that is a nice big sweet potato it would make a very tasty pie or custard even a pretty tasty soup you should have weight it .

      you are 100% correct PaisleeGal, and from what I've read The world's biggest sweet potato is a whopping 24.9 pounds.

    I have seen larger sweet potatoes at the market. I like the smaller ones because of the smooth texture and no strings.
